I’m telling you special effect videos are becoming more and more frequent in hip-hop videos now. Common is back with his first single ‘Announcement’ from his upcoming album Invincible Summer. Pharrell is featured on the track and The Neptunes produced the beat. Did you see Dr.Dre‘s headphones connected to the iPod in the beginning? Those will set you back $399.95!

Two Dope! videos today that both are killin’ it with the visual effects…

T-Pain and Lil Wayne a.k.a. T-Wayne are the perfect collaboration. The two that are on EVERYBODY elses songs finally got one together. The song is okay but I’m liking it more now that I have seen the video.  Very different indeed it seems like Kanye done gave him some inspiration on the set of ‘Good Life’.

Speaking of Kanye here goes the video for ‘Good Morning’ one of my favorite tracks off of Graduation. This video reminds me of myself trying to do good in school make on time for class. Hotness indeed.

LOL I’m so mad the World Star Hip Hop had to put in parentheses (Beyonce Knowles Sister) for Solange‘s video. It seems like she will never be able to escape that. Anyways the video is different and the song is just okay.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS SONG AT ALL…But I do like the video. I have nothing against Lloyd I just don’t think this song is good enough to be a single. The song is the second collabo between Lloyd and Lil Wayne

Well It’s finally here, let the comparisons to Beyonce and Kelly begin! Michelle Williams has released the video to her first single ‘We Break The Dawn’. Is it me or is Beyonce the only one who dances in her solo videos? I mean when they was all together as Destiny’s Child they all danced right? now when they go solo it seems like all Michelle and Kelly do is ‘walk really hard’….Just something to look out for….

Lawd! What In the Low-Budget-Tomfoolery!

Somebody over at Latchkey Recordings [I know the name itself sound low budget] needs to be shot for purposely leaking this mess. Team Black Out [JoJo from Run’s House] has released a video for their track ‘J5 On ‘Em’. Are they trying to make this the next Harlem Shake? NOOOOOOO! Did they think if they got Dj Webstar on the beat that would make it hotter? NOOOOOOOO! The whole managing and marketing of this whole idea has completely FAILED and the thing is they probably think this mess is hott [with a double t]. I was DEAD at Diggy jumping over his hat thinking he was ‘J5in’….whateva that is.

Dope! New Music Videos: Lloyd Ft. Ludacris ‘How We Do (Around My Way) || Busta Rhymes ‘Don’t Touch Me (Throw Water On Em’) || Busta Rhymes Ft Linkin Park ‘We Made It’

I like this song, but i wonder why they changed it to “around my way” from “in the A”. I like the latter better. I guess they were tryna make it relate able to wherever you are…Wateva. Ludacris‘s verse basically makes the song. The video looks a lil low budget too but then again it is just Lloyd.

It’s a double Busta Rhymes premiere! First we have ‘Don’t touch me (throw the water on em’)’. This isn’t one of my favorite songs and the video is a little all-over-the-place. But it’s funny though, and you know Busta’s BFF Spliff Star had to make his standard appearance. I am quite convinced that this dude is just on the payroll to follow Busta around.

Lastly here is Busta Bust with Linkin Park for ‘We Made It’ which surprisingly is a decent song. The vocals by Linkin Park flow right on this record and the rock/hip hop beat isn’t to overbearing like let’s say ummmm…..Party Like A Rockstar [lol memories].
